Access to the Hotel at Night

For security purposes, the entrance to the hotel is locked after 11:00pm. If you are returning to the hotel after this time, there is key card entry in place, please use your room key to open the doors. Should you have any issues there is a bell at the main door which will alert the night porter.

Please contact reception for airline information and assistance. We are able to print any airline tickets or arrange transport for you.

 

Alarm Calls

Check-Out

All rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you require an extension to your departure time for a small charge, this can be arranged, subject to availability.

 

Express Check Out

To enable you to have a fast check-out, we are pleased to offer you our Express check-out service.

Please inform the reception team of the time you would like to check out so they can prepare the necessary paperwork for you. As you leave, there will be an express checkout box where you can drop off your room key card. If you are a member of the Best Western Rewards loyalty program, we will post your points to your account after checkout.

Do Not Disturb

If you do not wish to be disturbed in your room, please place the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside handle of your door.

 

Dress Code

Guests are requested to maintain a smart casual appearance whilst in the public areas of the hotel, and suitable footwear must be worn at all times.

 

Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services

We do not offer a dry-cleaning service at the hotel. Reception will be happy to advise on services locally.

 

Electricity and Voltage

The standard voltage is 230 volts. A razor socket is provided in the bathroom with both 115 and 230 volts outlets.

 

Emergency Exits

Emergency Exits are located on each floor as signposted. Please refer to the location plan situated on your bedroom door for your nearest exit. Please take note of these exits when within the hotel. Should there be an evacuation of the hotel, please report to the assembly point at the top of the driveway.

 

Emergency Services

In the event of an emergency (Police, Fire and Ambulance) dial 999 with your personal phone. Should you have any difficulties, please contact reception.

Essential Items

If you have forgotten an essential item, please contact reception, who will endeavour to assist. Extra toiletries are available 24 hours a day and are complimentary.

 

 

Fans/Air-conditioning

Please contact reception should you require a fan. Remotes for air-conditioning for rooms 101-117 & 201-209 are held at reception. Within all other rooms, the air-conditioning is controlled via a touch-screen remote on the wall under the unit.

 

Fire

Your attention is drawn to the fire notice displayed in your room, and we would ask that you familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes. The hotel holds a current fire certificate and is also equipped with smoke and heat detector equipment. In the event of evacuation, please make your way out through the nearest fire exit and rendezvous at the meet-up point, which is situated out the front of the hotel.

In the case of fire, immediately break the glass of the nearest fire alarm point located in the corridor outside your room. Do not stop to collect any belongings. Leave the room immediately and close the door behind you.

 

 

First Aid

There is a qualified first aider on site at all times; however, should you require emergency assistance, please call 999. For minor injuries, please contact reception.

 

Flowers

Fresh Flowers can be ordered from reception.

Hairdryers

A hairdryer is located in your dressing table drawer or to the side of the dressing table.

Free internet and computing facilities are available for all residents within the reception area. High speed wireless internet access (HSIA) is available free of charge throughout the hotel which should connect automatically when your computer or laptop is started. Should you have any issues connecting please contact reception.

 

Iron and Irinong Board

Please ask the reception team to provide it for you if you need it.

 

Keys and Key Cards

Please always keep your key card with you and hand in upon departure. Goods and Service can only be charged to your room account on production of your key card.

 

Goods can only be added to your room account if you have pre-authorised a credit card to obtain credit facilities for your stay.

 

Lost and Found Property

All items are recorded and kept for safekeeping when found. For assistance, please contact reception. You are respectfully requested to check your room thoroughly before checking out to ensure all personal belongings have been removed.

 

Luggage Storage and Assistance(24hours)

Should you require luggage collection or storage, please contact reception for assistance. Storage is available free of charge – residents may store luggage as desired during their stay and for up to 6 hours after checkout.

 

Mail

Mail is posted daily from the reception.

 

Maintenance

Please contact reception should you have any maintenance faults in your room. This will be dealt with immediately, where possible, or within 24 hours.

 

Meeting Rooms

If you need a meeting room, please ask either the reception team or the duty team for assistance.

 

Mineral Water

There are two complimentary bottles of water in the room upon your arrival at the hotel. If you require additional water, it is available 24 hours a day upon request from reception.

 

Newspapers

Please order with the reception the evening before by 6 pm. Newspapers will be ready to be collected from the reception in the morning.

 

Night Service

For assistance during the night, please contact reception.

At certain times in the evening, you may experience a slight delay in answering of the telephone, as the night porter will be carrying out security checks.

 

Payment of Account

Accounts are due on presentation. If arrangements have been made to forward your account to your company, please authorise your account by signing it before departure.

 

All accounts are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

 

Pets and Animals

We do not accept pets into the hotels. Assistance Dogs are welcome free of charge.

Safety and Security

Whilst stringent security measures are in place, the hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal property left unattended in your room or public areas.

Please ensure that your bedroom door is always closed and locked upon leaving your room and that your room key card is kept secure. Keep the hotel key card for charging items to your account.

The rooms that do not have a safety deposit box however, we will happily store items in the hotel safe. Please see the reception for more information. Additional forms will need to be completed for this.

 

Sewing Kits

Shoe Cleaning

We do provide free shoe cleaning pads at reception.

Please contact reception who will advise you on local attractions – brochures available at reception.

A selection of snacks and soft drinks are available from 7am-11pm from the Reception. Should you require any snacks or beverages outside of these times please contact reception who will endeavour to assist.

Reception will be pleased to order a taxi upon your behalf. Should you require a taxi weekday morning, it is advisable that book the evening prior.

In your room, you will find complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities, which are replenished daily. Additional supplies can be requested from reception.

 

Toiletries, Towel and Face Cloths

If you require extra supplies or you would like a face cloth, please contact receptionReception hold complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush, shaving kits and combs. Sanitary products are available from reception.
